employment in the health sector, is looking for a social worker.
Concretely help people facing
difficult social realities: family violence, loss of autonomy or poverty, for
example. How? By allowing them to find solutions themselves when they encounter
these difficulties.
Social workers (social workers, in
the feminine) are trained to know the functioning and the problems of society,
but also human behavior. Often, they specialize in order to effectively address
a specific group, adolescents, for example. Their strength lies in knowing how
to analyze complicated social situations and build appropriate assistance
programs.
Along with other specialists, they
work with people in difficulty, particularly in hospitals, schools and youth
centres.

· Sense of responsibility
· Demonstrate good judgment and good clinical
vigilance
· Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
· Open-mindedness
· Basic knowledge of different laws and regulations
· Possess good interpersonal skills
· Interpersonal skills and discretion.
Requirements:
To work as a social worker with an
agency, you must meet the following requirements:
· Be a member of the Professional Order of Social
Workers and Marriage and Family Therapists of Quebec
· Have a university degree in social work or have
recognized training in suicide prevention
· Bilingualism
· RSIPA and/or OEMC training (an important asset)
- Have at least 2 years of experience
